Retail, convenience, DIY and tourism
Retail Germany contains REWE and nahkauf supermarkets and PENNY discount stores. Individual REWE or nahkauf markets may be company operated or run by independent retailers, which changes the ownership interpretation below the brand level.
Retail International includes BILLA, PENNY International, ADEG, BIPA and IKI across European markets. Shared brand names across countries do not mean each national company is a branch of the German retail entity.
Convenience is anchored by Lekkerland, part of REWE Group since 2020, and includes on-the-go supply and formats such as REWE To Go. DIY includes toom and related store formats.
DERTOUR Group is the travel and tourism division, not a supermarket brand. Group Functions are separately presented. REWE's 2025 total external revenue of €100.4 billion differs from the narrower RZF consolidated sales figure reported on its overview page.
