About the company
Daimler Truck’s continuing operations comprise Trucks North America, Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Daimler Buses and Financial Services. Its former Trucks Asia segment is reported as discontinued following the Mitsubishi Fuso transfer.
On 1 April 2026 Mitsubishi Fuso moved to the separately listed ARCHION holding company. Daimler Truck accounts for its planned roughly 25 percent ARCHION interest as an equity-method investment, so the chart separates that interest from operating segments. China and India truck activities had moved into Mercedes-Benz Trucks in 2025.
How Daimler Truck is organized
Trucks North America contains the North American commercial-vehicle business. Mercedes-Benz Trucks includes the core truck business and activities in China and India that were moved into the segment in 2025.
Daimler Buses is a separate vehicle segment, and Financial Services sits beside the industrial businesses. The former Trucks Asia segment is not drawn as a continuing peer segment.
ARCHION owns Mitsubishi Fuso and Hino after their April 2026 integration. Daimler Truck’s investment in the listed holding company is shown apart from its consolidated operations.
