現狀流程圖範本

甚麼是現狀流程

地圖由 “收到要求” 開始，到 “記錄實際結果同交接” 結束。要求者擁有初步證據；操作員處理評估或操作交接；流程擁有者擁有最終決定或者驗證。

第一個決定， “資料完整？” ，會將冇支援嘅工作發送去 “要求缺少嘅資料” 。後來嘅決定， “結果符合現行規則？” ，將 “將例外升級到流程負責人” 同接受嘅結果分開。將呢啲閘口適應實際嘅權威同證據。繪製嘅工作流程唔會執行自動化或者執行核准。

何時使用本範本

• Use this artifact when request received and the team needs a shared procedure for the resulting assessment or handoff.
• 喺用地圖做核准指令之前，請先更換說明性角色同決策準則。
• Use during stakeholder review to make owner handoffs and rejected outcomes explicit before the process changes.

運作方式

1. 定義範圍同證據

   Name the process owner and replace the first three steps with the specific trigger, inputs and records for your work.

2. 設定決策閘

   說明如何回答 “資料完整？” 和 “結果符合現行規則？” 。為每個人指派角色同證據要求。

3. Review every route

   Walk the normal route and both exception endings. Obtain review of the chart before sharing it as a team procedure.
