Centrica's disclosed structure
Retail is split into Home and Business and serves customers across the UK and Ireland; British Gas and Bord Gáis are customer brands, not separate top-level reporting segments. Optimisation brings together trading activity formerly reported in Centrica Energy and Bord Gáis. Infrastructure covers Power, Gas and Customer Assets. The diagram follows the new reporting structure described with the 2025 results, because older three-brand diagrams would obscure the reorganisation.
