SSE's disclosed structure
SSEN Transmission and SSEN Distribution are the network businesses; SSE Renewables develops and operates renewable generation. SSE Thermal, Energy Customer Solutions and SSE Energy Markets form the flexibility activities in the 2026 financial review. SSE sold its former household energy retail business to OVO in 2020, so the chart does not present SSE Energy Services as a current consumer supply branch. SSE Airtricity remains a separate Ireland-facing supply brand within the current group.
